Home inspection is extremely important and we know you want to hire the best company around to help you make sure you know everything you need to know about the home you're considering for purchase. Our commitment to dig deeper so you can sleep better is not just a slogan, we make sure that every home inspection we perform is done with integrity by an experienced Master Home Inspector.

We're not here to punch you in the wallet. Our mission to deliver value is reflected in what we charge our customers in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties of Michigan. Pre Closing Inspection will only charge a flat rate fee of $350 for any home, any size under 3,000 square feet located within

Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties.

This is everything included in the

Premier Home Inspection Plan

The Premier Home Inspection Plan includes: Roof (if deemed walkable by inspector), 14 Point Chimney Inspection, Gutters, Downspouts, Grading around foundation dripline, Site engineering, Perimeter Fencing, Outdoor electrical, Walkways, Pathways, Decks, Patios, Porches, Garage, Siding, Windows, Doors, Masonry, Foundation (moisture meter used in foundation inspection), Ledger & Rim Joists if exposed, Floor joists if exposed, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing includes well components if present, Mold (visible only), Termites (visible does not include NPM 33 form), Attic area and a room by room inspection where we document deficiencies using pictures and video. Reports are reviewed on-site and published to your email before we leave the house. The only exception to this is if our cellular connection is slow. Crawlspaces are an additional $45.

Add-Ons: Sewer Inspection, Mold Testing, NPM33 Form for VA Loans, Lead Based Paint Inspection & Risk Assessment, Asbestos Testing, Water Quality Testing. (Add-Ons are additional cost and not included in the Premier Home Inspection Plan)
